The founding date of the farm is 1958, from 1972 to 2020 it was run by Yuri Bugakov. Under his leadership, the economy took a course of steady development in all directions. Now more than 20,000 hectares of farmland are allocated to the joint-stock company and 46,000 tons of milk are produced here annually. According to the tradition established by Yuri Bugakov, much attention is paid to the development of the social sphere. According to the current head of the breeding farm, the deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Novosibirsk Region Oleg Bugakov, last year 280 million rubles were spent on social needs. Particular attention is paid to social facilities: the Palace of Culture, a cafe-dining room, a sports complex, a kindergarten.
Today the company employs a thousand people. They have various support measures. Employees undergo a medical examination and can receive treatment in the best hospitals in Novosibirsk. Employees over the age of 60 are paid part of the coupon to any sanatorium in Russia. Milkmaids who have worked for 17 years receive sanatorium vouchers free of charge. The average salary last year amounted to 59 thousand rubles, in February 2023 they increased the salary of cattle breeders, before the sowing season they will increase the salary of machine operators.
According to Oleg Bugakov, it is planned to increase the dairy population from 3,800 to 4,000 heads, which will increase milk production. At the same time, the farm is based on modern technologies – 130 million rubles have been spent on the robotization of the farm. “I believe that the future of dairy farming belongs to robots, technical progress is inevitable,” emphasized the head of the farm.
A film and a book about Yuri Bugakov were presented at the solemn event in honor of the anniversary of the breeding farm. “He taught me a lot, he influenced my life in many ways,” said one of the guests, Member of the Legislative Assembly Anatoly Zhukov. “Traditions are honored here. Strong labor dynasties, continuity of generations. It is necessary that young people remember the past and respect the work of their ancestors,” the deputy emphasized in his intervention at the solemn meeting.
The deputy presented the company with a certificate of equipment maintenance and personal gifts for machine operators, recalling that Yuri Bugakov always encouraged the workers.
The Chairman of the Legislative Assembly, Andrei Shimkiv, had known Yuri Bugakov since 1982, when he entered the Novosibirsk Agricultural Institute. “We talk a lot. He taught us to love the land, to be faithful to our work. He supported the prestige of work in agriculture, ”said the speaker.
Andrey Shimkiv presented a gift to the workers of the enterprise, stressing the great importance of the publication of a book about Yuri Bugakov, which says “about love for a small homeland, love for people, devotion to the land – this That’s all we have to teach young people”. The book was published with a foreword by Andrey Shimkiv.
The Chairman of the Legislative Assembly recalled that he had promised to create a park in memory of Yuri Bugakov. And it will appear near the building of the Legislative Assembly of the Novosibirsk Region; funds for these purposes are provided in the regional budget for 2023.
