Family disputes over the inheritance of Alexander Gradsky turned into open warfare. Let’s remember that the musician died of an ischemic stroke in November 2021 at the age of 72. According to some estimates, the total value of the wealth left by him is about a billion rubles (see “Specifically”).
A few days ago, the teacher’s eldest son, Daniil Gradsky, wrote a statement to the police accusing his father’s widow, 38-year-old Marina Gradskaya (née Kotashenko), of stealing a large amount of money. Apparently, we are talking about the same 100 million rubles that the woman, after the death of her husband, took from her apartment to a country house.

In January 2022, Marina’s car got stuck on the road near the closed village of Novoglagolevo, where the Gradsky mansion is located. Three masked men got into her car. Threatening me with a weapon, they forced me to return to the house (the village guards let the car pass without asking who was inside) and handed over the suitcase with money that was under the bed. Then the woman also drove the robbers out of the territory. Another car was waiting for the dashing boys on the kyiv highway, they changed seats and sped away…
A few days later, Umedjon Zhabborov, originally from Tajikistan, was arrested in Moscow. It was he who was driving the car that took away the assailants. The man mentioned the names of his accomplices: all his compatriots. I just haven’t been able to find them yet. Zhabborov, who received 5 million rubles from his “colleagues” for his work, ended up sitting alone: he was sentenced to eight years in a strict colony.
To many this robbery seemed strange. First, how did the criminals know that there was a suitcase with money in the house? It was as if it had been specially transported from Moscow for this robbery. Secondly, saying goodbye to Marina, the bandits returned 5 million to her. According to her, they took pity on the mother of two young children. (A wide gesture, you won’t say anything!) Third, the woman did not contact the police immediately, but only after a few hours. As if she gave the thieves time to escape.
What could be the meaning of such a staging? It’s simple: if the money runs out, it can no longer be divided among all the heirs.
– The version about the participation of the musician’s widow in the robbery, of course, was checked, – a police source explains to KP.RU. But I did not find confirmation. The fact that the widow did not immediately report to the police can be easily explained. The thieves threatened her that if she started calling the police, they would come back for her children … Now it is believed that the organizer of the crime is a native of Tajikistan, who once worked as a laborer in Gradsky’s house. It was he who created the group that took the money. How these people found out about a large amount of cash is a question. Perhaps he had accomplices surrounded by the musician’s family, but there is still no evidence against anyone personally.
Gone are the antiques.
Recall: today, five heirs claim the property of Alexander Gradsky. Children from the third marriage of the musician with Olga Fartysheva (they lived together for more than 20 years, from 1980 to 2001): Daniel, 42, and Maria, 37. As well as the widow Marina Gradskaya and the artist’s two youngest children: Sasha, 9 years old, and Vanya, 5.

And now, a year and eight months after the robbery, Daniil Gradsky accused Marina of stealing!
Marina also wrote a statement to the police. She said that some things were missing from the Gradsky mansion. The widow herself and her children live in a nearby house.
“The disappearance of things was noticed by a woman who had been cleaning Gradsky’s house for many years,” says the source. – Alexander Borisovich collected antiques, there are many antiques in the mansion. Now old chairs, plates and family photographs have disappeared from the house. According to the widow, the older children of her late husband also have the keys to the house. Check in progress. Will there be no peace?
But why did Daniel just now accuse his father’s widow of stealing? It has been so long!
– Most likely, there are reasons for this. I can only speak about the consequences – lawyer Sergei Zhorin told KP.RU. – If it turns out that one of the heirs stole or hid part of the inheritance from other applicants, this will be the basis for recognizing the person as an unworthy heir. And then he loses his rights to the division of property. It may be that this statement was written for this purpose.
Perhaps the heirs are now trying to remove each other from the list of applicants? Dividing by five or four are, as they say, two big differences.
The inheritance dispute has already begun. The judge invited the parties to consider the option of a conciliation agreement. But so far everything is stuck in the evaluation of the property left by Gradsky. They say that the older sons of the teacher were not satisfied with the first exam.
