After just a couple of days, The Callisto Protocol, which was withdrawn from sale in the Russian segments of online stores, returned to the virtual shelves of Steam again.
The standard price of the project remains the same – 3645 rubles, while now there is a 20% discount, and space horror can be purchased for 2916 rubles.
At the same time, the problem with access to the game remained in the Russian Epic Games store – when you try to add a product to the cart, an error still appears.
It is unknown what was the reason for the decision to remove the digital product from the Internet sites; maybe the low sales figures left no choice or it was just a technical error. South Korean publisher Krafton would not comment on the situation.
The Callisto Protocol is currently available in all countries except Japan. In the Land of the Rising Sun, the publisher was unable to negotiate the release of its product with the local regulator due to scenes of violence and cruelty in the game.
