As of March 1, banks are recommended to set a minimum commission or cancel it for the most popular transactions. We are talking about withdrawing cash, transferring money from accounts opened by the military and their relatives, as established in a letter from the Central Bank sent to financial organizations. This issue was previously worked on by the working group on SVO issues with the Central Bank.

“Our military personnel receive payments to accounts that are opened in various banks and in different regions of our country. And today we have reached an agreement with the Central Bank on the reduction or complete absence of commissions when withdrawing cash and transferring funds to our relatives and friends, – explained Nikolay Zhuravlev, deputy head of the working group on CI issues, deputy chairman of the Federation Council. “I am sure that all credit organizations will follow the recommendations of the Central Bank.”

In addition, the banks will carry out an explanatory work to the citizens on the use of tools that exclude the collection of commissions, in particular, on the operation of the fast payment system.

On the issue of reducing commissions for payment transfers to participants in the special operation, the working group on SVO issues proposed to work with the Central Bank in mid-January.

Let us remember that last week the working group on military defense issues prepared and sent to the President a report on support measures for military personnel and their families.

The Parliamentary Coordination Group on New World Order issues, headed by the First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council, Secretary of the General Council of United Russia, Andrei Turchak, was created by order of the President. It included representatives from both houses of the federal parliament and from all parliamentary parties, the Ministry of Defence, leaders of public organizations and prominent war correspondents.

The working group constantly monitors the provision of the mobilized, the receipt by them and their relatives of the payments due, support measures, as well as a number of other issues related to the SVO. Likewise, the tasks of the group include participation in informative and explanatory work on mobilization, training and mobilization issues, analysis of the state of work on patriotic education of youth and elaboration of proposals on the elaboration of products necessary to satisfy the needs of all. types of troops and military formations.
