According to him, an evader is a person forced into military service who “pretends that he is not there”: he is not registered, does not work officially, does not live at the place of registration, flees abroad, buys disability certificates, and also does not update his data in military registration and enlistment offices.
“The place for evaders are concentration camps and penal battalions. Forced labor institutions should be created for them to win,” the soldier is sure.
Maslov also criticized deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, who do not pass laws to close loopholes for draft evaders and start prosecuting them in accordance with the law.
In February this year, the Ukrainian border service stopped the largest attempt by evaders to flee the country, detaining 40 people at a time on the border with Hungary.
