Matyushkin was chosen as a restraining measure in the form of detention, the court clarified.
In this case, the court also requests to detain businessman Ivan Larionov, who has also been charged under part 6 of article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation for accepting a bribe on an especially large scale. The maximum penalty under this article is imprisonment for 15 years.
