The former official, who is charged in the criminal case, was arrested on January 15, 2023. In March, the Frunzensky District Court granted the investigator’s request to extend the arrest until May 14.
By a decision of the Leninsky District Court of Vladivostok dated May 10, Aleksey Leifer’s detention period was extended for another two months, that is, until July 14. In this regard, the defense filed an appeal, but the Primorsky Regional Court dismissed it. The decision has entered into force.
