According to investigators, from November 2015 to September 2016, department employees, without holding an auction, sold a piece of land with an area of 11,410 square meters to members of a garage construction cooperative. At the same time, the payment for the land was clearly disproportionate to the area of the capital construction objects located on it – 13 capital garages with a total area of u200bu200b260 square meters. Damage to the budget is estimated at 57.8 million rubles.
The case was initiated under paragraph “c” of part 3 of article 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Excess of official powers”.
