Cypriots and fellow Russians living on the island light funeral lamps at the Russian embassy in the country’s capital, Nicosia. People also bring flowers to the walls of the Russian diplomatic mission in memory of the victims of the terrorist attack on Crocus Town Hall.
Russian diplomats lowered the national flag as a sign of grief for the victims of the terrorist attack. Flags are also flying at half-mast at all Russian honorary consulates in Cyprus and at the building of the Russian Center for Science and Culture. It was announced that a funeral will be held at the Orthodox Church of St. Nicholas, located in the city of Limassol.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cyprus, in a statement, strongly condemned the terrorist attack and expressed its condolences to the families and friends of the victims.
– Shocked by the tragic news… Strongly condemns the attacks against civilians. “Sincere condolences to the families and loved ones of the victims,” the Cypriot Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
