At the gates of the new Government Fund Chamber being constituted, the five deputies of the Basque Nationalist Party (PNV), led by its spokesman, Aitor Esteban, have gone to the Congress of Deputies to deliver their credentials as parliamentarians. However, they have preferred not to reveal whether there will be a new agreement on who will chair the Board of the Congress of Deputies.
After the one of these Basque deputies to the Palacio de la Carrera de San Jerónimo and asked if the PNV vote for the Presidency of Congress has been decided, Esteban has limited himself to ensuring that he has “nothing to say, for the moment.”

The leader of the Canary Islands Coalition (CC), Fernando Clavijo, has insisted on his proposal that the Presidency “or Vice-Presidency” of the Table of Congress be held by the PNV; a “solution” of “plurality” that he sees as applicable to an eventual governance pact. A proposal, already rejected by the PSOE, on which Aitor Esteban has not wanted to comment either.
