The digital economic newspaper of the Henneo Group, La Información, has reached a strategic agreement with Cinnamon News to share content and joint editorial projects, in order to improve and enrich the financial and business information offer of the users of both publications. Starting this week, the four websites that Cinnamon News has developed over the last fourteen years -Modaes, Palco23, PlantaDoce and EjePrime- will be integrated into the Henneo digital, in the same way that each of them will have a news balcony of the information.
The strategic alliance that is now being launched is one more step in the new stage of La Información to consolidate its position as one of the leading economic newspapers in Spain, after closing last year with more than 4.7 million unique users per month. , according to the latest data from GFK. The digital newspaper has just launched a new header image and expands its content offer with an improvement in editorial quality, aimed at a demanding professional public and very interested in economic information.
The Cinnamon News group publishes the leading business information medium specialized in the fashion business, with the Modaes portal, as well as leading platforms in the economic field of sport (Palco23), the real estate sector (EjePrime) and business information about the health business (PlantaDoce). The agreement allows the sharing of specialized information from La Información and is a gateway to the millions of users of the Henneo website.
The harmony and complementarity between the work of both groups has allowed a rapid development of the alliance between the different publications, which also opens a wide range of options in the medium and long term for the generation of content in areas such as women’s sports or the specialized real estate offer, as well as the creation of new newsletter or podcast formats. The rigor and the commitment to the quality of all the information with which the professionals of the two platforms work, in an area that requires a high degree of specialization, have been the basis on which the agreement has been raised.
The alliance was signed by the general director of Media of the Henneo Group, Laura Múgica, and the co-founder of Cinnamon News, Christian De Angelis. The agreement is also completed with the organization of joint events throughout the year, the development of special products and a wide portfolio of commercial options.
