The Electric Vehicle Perte closes with 186 applications and aid of 8.5 billion

The Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism has closed the Electric and Connected Vehicle Perte (VEC) II in its two lines, batteries and industrial value, with 186 applications and the granting of aid to projects for 8.5 billion euros, The ministry reported this Tuesday.

So far, the Government has distributed 322 million of the battery line, distributed between Ford (NYSE:F) (37.6 million), Basquevolt (14.7), Gestamp (BME:GEST) (12.6 million in two ) projects), Renault (EPA:RENA) (3.4 million in two projects), Global Laser Araba (4), Beeclycle Reuse & Recycling (1.6), Envision (300) and Seat (47.7).

Regarding line B of support for investment plans aimed at the industrial value chain of the electric and connected vehicle, its systems, subsystems and components, and certain auxiliary infrastructure systems necessary for its deployment, 138 investment plans have been received . to carry out 251 individual projects.

The industry points out that these projects mobilize 2,765 million in budget, requesting almost 892 million in the form of a subsidy and 319 million in the form of a loan.
