For a long time their visits were uncontrolled and spontaneous trade grew around them. This not only caused countless graffiti to appear on the rock.
As a result, the very existence of Mount Ring was threatened. Research by scientists has shown that the object could collapse if no action is taken.
In addition to cleaning the Ring rock, the Kislovodsk administration is engaged in landscaping its surroundings. A good access road to the mountain is being built, places have been created to sell souvenirs to tourists and trade will now be under the control of the authorities. In addition, a cultural program will be carried out continuously at the foot of the mountain.
The municipality also plans to install a wooden platform so that people can climb the slope without damaging nature. Near the mountain there will also be sculptures depicting a girl and a young man with a bow, the heroes of the legend about the appearance of the Ring.
