The film “Cheburashka” by Dmitry Dyachenko on the first day of the rental, January 1, collected more than 225 million rubles. This is a new collection record for this day. And for three days at the box office, fees amounted to 850 million rubles. This is reported by TASS with reference to the data of the Unified Federal Automated Information System for Information on Film Showings in Cinemas (UAIS), which is operated by the Cinema Fund.
The previous record belonged to the film The Last Hero: The Root of Evil, which collected 156.5 million rubles on January 1, 2021.
“Cheburashka” tells about the new adventures of the hero in a small seaside town, where a distant orange country comes from.
The main roles are Sergei Garmash (he played the gardener Gennady), Elena Yakovleva, Polina Maksimova, Fyodor Dobronravov, Sergei Lavygin and others. Cheburashka was played by actress Olga Kuzmina.
Remember that New Year’s cartoons from the Soyuzmultfilm film studio were translated into Russian sign language. Among them – “Umka on the tree”, “Cheburashka”. The Secret of the Holiday”, “Vovka and Winter in Far Far Away”, as well as 13 more episodes of the animated series “Prostokvashino”.
