The film “Special Operation through the eyes of Komsomolskaya Pravda military correspondents” took part in the Artel.doc Time of Heroes international film festival, which took place in Moscow.
In the documentary, KP.RU war correspondents Alexander Kots and Dmitry Steshin told about their impressions and memories of what is happening in the zone of the special military operation in Ukraine. The film was directed by Daria Ivashkina, and the idea for the film belongs to the head of the Komsomolskaya Pravda video service, Alexander Lyabina.
During the festival, KP.RU special correspondents answered questions from the festival audience online, while in Donbass. As Alexander Kots pointed out, the main principle that correspondents in the war zone must follow is to be a professional journalist and try not to harm either the military or civilians. Alexandra Lyabina, in turn, drew attention to the courage of the special correspondents of Komsomolskaya Pravda, who speak about the events in Ukraine without embellishment.

As the KP.RU website wrote, Kots and Steshin spent most of 2022 at the front and saw with their own eyes how the special military operation was going. They saw the assault on Azovstal and the liberation of Mariupol, communicated with residents of Donbass, Russian military and Ukrainian prisoners.
