The dismantling of the equipment moving to Izhevsk should be completed this year. Welding robots, stamping equipment and plastic molds are subject to relocation.
It is planned to weld the first bodies in Izhevsk in November. They will be manufactured from kits produced by AvtoVAZ.
In mid-August, AvtoVAZ released the final Lada Largus batch of the rest of the car kits. About 650 cars left the plant’s assembly line and, as RG editors discovered, began to arrive at dealerships; Largus prices have been declassified.
Izhevsk Lada Largus may appear in the second quarter of 2024.
