The new facility will start the production of 31 international drug names, including analogues of the most important drugs for the treatment of oncological, cardiovascular, neurological and diabetes diseases. The compensation contract is concluded for 10 years and assumes that within seven years after the completion of the construction of the enterprise, the city will purchase manufactured drugs for a total of 8.7 billion rubles.
In Moscow, cooperation with pharmaceutical companies on the compensation model has been carried out for several years. The Moscow City Council, in particular, reported that three compensation contracts for the supply of medicines have already been concluded – with Biocad, R-Opra (part of R-Pharm) and the Moscow Endocrine Plant (Endopharm). “Biocad” has already begun to produce medicines. R-Opra plans to start deliveries in 2023.
