Oscar winner Brad Pitt will star in the new Formula 1 film. One of the film’s producers will be seven-time racing champion Lewis Hamilton. At the Directors Guild of America Awards, filmmaker Joseph Kosinski revealed new details.
According to Just Rared, filming will begin this year. The film, which was announced last year, does not yet have a title or a release date. It is known that in the spotlight will be Brad Pitt, who will play a racing driver who “returns to the sport.”
It is reported that the maximum number of real cars will participate in the project. Joseph Kosinski revealed that he is currently immersed in the world of Formula 1.
“I can’t wait to show people what goes on behind the scenes. We’re going to be shooting on tracks with real cars and trying to apply everything I’ve learned in Top Gun to Formula 1. It’s going to be fun,” said Kosinski.
Paramount previously released two trailers for Babylon, starring Margot Robbie and Brad Pitt. Directed by Damien Chazelle.
