To mark the 60th anniversary of the TV show “Good Night, Kids!” an exhibition of unique dolls has opened in Mytishchi.
The Mytishchi Historical and Art Museum presented a unique collection of the legendary program of the artist “Good night, children!” Irina Vlasova. The exhibits included prototypes of the dog Fili, beloved by many generations, the first Karkusha, graphics and illustrations by Vlasova, as well as her other works related to the USSR Central Television.
Irina Vlasova is the author of the introduction to the first episodes of the popular programme. “Good Night, Kids!” came out on 1st September 1964: then it was pictures with narrated text. The screensaver was black and white; it became coloured only ten years later. Since the programme was broadcast at different times, Vlasova manually rearranged the clock hands. The artist became the first puppet maker: she came up with the appearance of the toys, sewed them, knitted elements, and later became the editor-in-chief of “Kids”.

The exhibition will be open until September 29.
