The representative of the General Staff added that for the first time state agencies transmitted information on recruits to the Ministry of Defense in electronic form with duplication in print media.
Earlier, Tsimlyansky said that this year’s spring conscription will take place on time, from April 1 to July 15, and will affect 147,000 Russians aged 18 to 27. He stressed that the conscripts will do military service on the territory of the Russian Federation.
