The preferential lending program for the defense industry was launched in 2018 to provide such companies with long-term financing as part of production diversification. The minimum loan amount is 500 million rubles, the rate is 5% per annum. Projects with a budget of 1 billion rubles or more can apply for a loan on these terms.
