He also said that a high-tech housing construction plant will be built there, where a wide range of structures for individual houses will be produced. “The total amount of private investment for these purposes could amount to about 70 billion rubles,” Mishustin added.
According to him, this way many citizens will be able to quickly solve their housing problem: high-quality housing will be affordable.
