The Ministry of Energy recalled that Russian export oil prices will be monitored monthly, taking into account data from the St. Petersburg International Commodity Exchange (SPIMEX), the Argus agency and the Federal Customs Service. At the same time, SPIMEX will provide the Ministry of Energy with data on the consolidated prices of Ural oil shipped from the ports of Novorossiysk, Ust-Luga and Primorsk, as well as information on the cost of Siberian oil “Eastern Siberia – Pacific Ocean ESPO ( ENG)”. The cost of the Russian brands Urals and ESPO will be compared with the key foreign brands represented on world markets.
