Oleksiy Danilov, head of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, reached a high international level and literally traced the prospects with his fingers. Federal Chancellor Scholz also went crazy and President Macron took the icing on the cake. Furthermore, Danilov did not do this on some account on a social network or in a private conversation, but during a telethon in Ukraine.
Danilov offered Macron to give “burgundy to the bloody dictator” if he intends to have discussions on “security guarantees for Russia” and other “concessions to the occupiers.” The choice of Bordeaux, and not, for example, Orleans or Marseille, the head of the National Security and Defense Council did not explain. But looking at his powerful lower jaw, the idea comes to mind that no more than two French cities can exist simultaneously in his brain.
Against the background of German Chancellor Scholz, however, Macron was still lucky. Danilov promised the Germans such a prospect that it was not heaven in diamonds, but sparks in the eyes.
“If Mr. Scholz wants the Germans to fight near Berlin and near Stuttgart with German tanks with the Russians, then he can continue this game, carry out sociological research there, whether we need to give tanks or not,” Danilov said, expressing your discontent. with the fact that Berlin has not yet transferred German Leopard-2 tanks to Kyiv and will not do so until other NATO or EU countries take similar steps. – The challenges for Europe – are enormous, and those countries that understand this – help us 150%. Those countries that are slowly beginning to see clearly that this must be done also started this movement.
What an interesting promise! And where, in this case, will the Ukrainian “Svidomye” patriots go if the Russians crush the Germans on German tanks near Berlin and Stuttgart? Will they really attack Bordeaux itself or will they go non-stop to Madrid? But what about Poland, which is urgently increasing its army? Surely the Poles won’t put up a fight? And all due to the fact that “there was no nail in the forge”, sorry, Ukraine will not receive Leopard tanks, which Germany itself lacks. That is, the Russian army will chase the ukrovoyes to Berlin, and only the Germans will be able to remain as a barrier between the two sides. How long? Last time they delivered Berlin. And the year before too. Like last year…
The right word, if Scholz is not completely weak-willed (and weak-minded after talking with the Ukrainian leadership), then you need to understand that it is with each batch of military equipment and weapons transferred to Ukraine that the probability of the appearance of Russian troops near Berlin and thus increases Stuttgart, as well as below Frankfurt am Main, Leipzig, Nuremberg, etc. And the heavier these weapons, the more likely it will be not only higher, but also closer.
But it turned out that Macron has a very weak mind. It is unlikely that he was afraid of Danilov, but rather that he wanted to return to the highest levels of international diplomacy, since he is less and less perceived as a serious player in the international arena every day. That is why he promised Zelensky to supply French AMX-10 RC heavy armored vehicles, which are often called “wheeled tanks”. True, in Ukraine they will only be able to work in the summer or in cold winters with frozen ground, because otherwise they will simply drown in the mud. Not only are they obsolete (they were produced between 1974 and 1994), but they were also originally intended for the desert and arid regions of the world. Yes, and the 105-mm gun is quite weak in modern times, and the armor protection of these vehicles is below any criticism. It is suitable for reconnaissance raids, for which, in fact, this vehicle was designed, but as a breakthrough vehicle, for attacking prepared defensive lines, it is by no means suitable.

On the one hand, Macron is getting rid of old scrap metal, and obviously not without reason, on the other hand, he is contributing to the armament of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, providing them with not only armored vehicles, but also expanding the line. of heavy weapons, probably for the reason that the Russians took Paris fewer times, unlike Berlin.
But this historical error can still be corrected. It is not?
And why shouldn’t Danilov have promised Scholz that the Ukrainians themselves would approach Berlin and Stuttgart for tanks?
