The head of the Stavropol Territory, Vladimir Vladimirov, came to the Kremlin to brief the president on the situation in the region. But his story was out of the ordinary. Usually, all the governors attribute success to themselves, and then the official began to praise everyone who helped.
– Here everything is stable and stable, industrial production is growing. I’m not talking about agriculture – it is many times higher than the average for Russia. You have a growth of 36% compared to the previous two years”, praised Vladimir Putin.
– This is the Ministry of Agriculture, this is not my merit, – answered Vladimirov.
The governor explained that agriculture was booming thanks to quick help from the federal agency. The Ministry of Agriculture gave all the money that was needed at the time the funds were needed.
– And the investments? clarified the president.
– Here Mikhail Vladimirovich (Mishustin – Ed.) helps us a lot, – Vladimirov continued to be modest.
The governor then spoke about the support of the NWO:
* The region covered all the expenses of the soldiers’ funerals.
* The families of the dead soldiers receive three million rubles one time. 500 thousand are paid for injuries.
* Last year, 3.8 billion rubles were spent to support military families.
“There is no need to be greedy here, families must be helped,” Vladimir Vladimirovich supported.
* 12 thousand people received complete equipment at the expense of the region.
– In 2023, I kept all these payments, but another problem arose: the guys left, the wives began to give birth. I appointed one-time payments to women in labor, – noted Vladimirov.
“It’s not a problem, it’s happiness,” said the president.
* The children of soldiers receive free kindergartens, in addition the region gives 200,000 for the education of students in any university.
Well, the restoration of new regions is underway.
– If we talk about the Luhansk Territory… Devastation, there is nothing to say. I worked in the north, where I did not work, and I did not see such devastation anywhere, – said the head of the region.
– And what impressed you so much? Putin said.
– Yes, devastation: there is a desk for which I have not studied. Remember, our children’s films were shown, that’s how it opens … And the desktop is supported by paint, – Vladimirov answered.
The governor regretted that there are no medicines in hospitals, roads and schools without repair.
“For 30 years no one gave them a penny, that is, for 30 years they just survived from there,” the head of the Stavropol Territory concluded.
Then Vladimirov boasted of the development of agriculture. Potatoes have been grown in the region.
– Delicious potatoes? How is it in Belarus? – immediately asked the head of the country.
– Better. I think it’s better.
– I will tell Alexander Grigoryevich (Lukashenko – Ed.), – joked the President.
