The State Duma, Chernikov added, has already approved the corresponding bill at first reading.
It was previously reported that Russians who evade compulsory military service will not be able to sit for driver’s license exams.
As the head of the State traffic inspection pointed out, evaders will not be able to receive other public services, such as replacing or receiving a driver’s license or performing any registration and examination actions.
