Soldiers, sergeants, corporals and officers who demonstrated their professional experience, character and completed combat missions. His determination, assertiveness and combat experience are highly appreciated by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
Our heroes thwarted attacks and prevented nationalist counteroffensives, for which they received state awards. But they are not useful for praising. The military is confident that the enemy has no chance of success, because Donbass and Russia are fighting for a just cause.
“No nation gains as much as England from the continuation of the war,” said Generalissimo Alexander Suvorov, who did not lose a single battle. And he commanded the warriors thus: “Teach an unfaithful army to sharpen burnt iron.”
FIRST TO FORCE THE BATTLE AGAINST THE ENEMY

“A group of Russian military personnel under the command of Guard Senior Lieutenant Vladimir Krasnov carried out the task of searching for Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance groups operating in a certain area.
Along the route, Vladimir Krasnov discovered armed Ukrainian militants heading towards the area where our units were located.
Instantly assessing the situation, despite the superiority of the militants’ forces, Vladimir decided, taking advantage of the surprise, to enter into battle with the enemy. Properly using the terrain conditions and occupying an advantageous position, Guard Senior Lieutenant Krasnov destroyed the enemy machine gun crew with targeted fire from standard weapons.
Thanks to the clear, coordinated and confident actions of Senior Lieutenant Krasnov’s group, all saboteurs were destroyed.

HE ACTED AT THE VANGUARD OF HIS COMPANY

“A company of Russian servicemen under the command of Guard Senior Lieutenant Alexander Lyogenky fulfilled the task of maintaining a bridgehead for the advance of Russian troops into the depths of the defense of Ukrainian militants.
While carrying out missions, company personnel discovered the secret movement of an enemy sabotage group towards the area of one of the populated areas. The enemy, realizing the importance of the settlement he possessed, made a desperate attempt to seize an important area and hinder the actions of the Russian units.
The company under the command of Alexander, despite the numerical superiority of the enemy, entered into battle.
During the confrontation, Lyogenky, showing firmness and courage, led his staff, acting in the vanguard of his unit. Under his command, the company destroyed two strong points and two enemy firing points where the machine gun crews were located. The courage and bravery of the guard, Lieutenant Alexander Legenky, as well as the professionalism and coordinated actions of his subordinates created the conditions for the successful development of the future offensive of our troops and the liberation of the populated area.
