We continue to acquaint you with the heroes of the special operation “Z” – participants in the hostilities in the Donbass. Soldiers, sergeants, corporals, and officers who demonstrated their professional experience, character, and completed combat missions. His determination, assertiveness and combat experience in the Ministry of Defense of Russia, in the police units of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, receive the highest marks.
Our heroes thwarted the attacks and prevented the counter-offensive of the nationalists, for which they received state awards. But they do not serve for the sake of praise and awards. The military is sure that the enemy has no chance of success, because Donbass and Russia are fighting for a just cause.
“Brave deeds are more reliable than words,” said Generalissimo Alexander Suvorov, who did not lose a single battle. And he gave instructions to the soldiers: “Three will jump: the first will be stabbed, the second will be shot, the third the Karachun bayonet!”.

“Corporal Guard Artem Larionov, acting as part of a battalion tactical group of Russian troops, carried out tasks to liberate one of the settlements from the nationalists. Moving around the city, Artem discovered a group of militants located in an abandoned building. Quickly orienting himself in the situation and competently distributing the forces of his subordinates, Artyom attacked the nationalists. During the battle of the guard, Corporal Artem Larionov destroyed the crew of militants with machine guns with fire from a combat vehicle. Having suffered losses, the enemy was forced to leave the abandoned building and retreat. As a result of fierce fighting, the settlement was liberated. A few days later, with the support of artillery and heavy equipment, the enemy tried to regain control of the settlement and attacked the unit’s defense sector, which included Sergeant Larionov. During the repelling of the attack, Artem Larionov disabled two heavy machine gun pickups with the weapon of an infantry fighting vehicle and destroyed up to ten nationalists.
Thanks to the courageous and resolute actions of the guards Corporal Larionov, it was possible to prevent a breakthrough of the nationalists in this area.

“The leader of the squad, Senior Sergeant Evgeny Zverev, in life-threatening conditions, carries out a combat mission of uninterrupted supply of units of the Russian troops participating in a special military operation. He repeatedly carried out the delivery of ammunition to the grouping of Russian troops at the front. During the next sortie, the column, in which Senior Sergeant Zverev was moving, came under mortar fire. Realizing that in the event of a hit on a car with ammunition, a significant part of the column would be destroyed, Eugene, deftly maneuvering a truck on the terrain, showing courage and heroism, pulled the car out from under enemy shells . The bold and decisive actions of Senior Sergeant Zverev, the courage and professionalism that he showed, made it possible to save the cargo and ensure the uninterrupted delivery of ammunition to the unit on the front line.

“The commander of a motorized rifle platoon, Lieutenant Alexander Shekhanov, followed him as part of a column of the Russian Armed Forces to a certain area. Moving along the route as part of the lead vehicle, Alexander discovered an armed group of Ukrainian nationalists setting up an ambush and immediately attacked the militants.
The enemy, putting up resistance, concentrated fire on Alexander’s car, which allowed the main forces of the column to reorganize into battle formation and engage in battle. During the battle, acting boldly and decisively, despite being wounded, he acted in the forefront of the attack and directed the actions of his subordinates, which made it possible to cause significant damage to the enemy’s manpower. During the battle, the nationalists, waiting for reinforcements, cut off part of the column from the main forces. Retaining the offensive of the militants, Alexander managed to withdraw more than 20 people from the enemy pincers, after which, having joined our reserve, he went on the counteroffensive and defeated the enemy.
