Soldiers, sergeants, corporals, and officers who demonstrated their professional experience, character, and completed combat missions. His determination, assertiveness and combat experience in the Ministry of Defense of Russia, in the police units of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, receive the highest marks.
Our heroes thwarted the attacks and prevented the counter-offensive of the nationalists, for which they received state awards. But they do not serve for the sake of praise. The military is sure that the enemy has no chance of success, because Donbass and Russia are fighting for a just cause.
“Incessant exercise, how to take in everything with one glance, can be a great commander,” said Generalissimo Alexander Suvorov, who did not lose a single battle. And he thus instructed the soldiers: “It is better to meet with danger than to expect it on the spot.”
BROUGHT THE SUBJECTS FROM THE FIRE
Senior Lieutenant Mikhail Avdonin
“The deputy battalion commander, Senior Lieutenant Mikhail Avdonin, together with subordinate staff, carried out a combat mission to organize defense in one of the tactical areas. In the course of the engineering team of defensive positions, the platoon of Senior Lieutenant Avdonin came under enemy mortar fire. Mikhail, in life-threatening conditions, showing courage and courage, personally led his subordinates into hiding, thereby ensuring the safety of their lives, and he, together with his deputies, continued to equip fortifications. After the end of the mortar shelling, having advanced to the hill, Mikhail personally gave the coordinates for conducting and adjusting the fire in accordance with the mortar team of the nationalists. As a result of the data transmitted by Mikhail Avdonin, the enemy mortar team was destroyed.
UNDER FIRE REPAIRED SELF-PRODUCED
Corporal Pavel Shakulo
“The commander of the technical department of the platoon, Corporal Pavel Shakulo, as part of a group of Russian servicemen, went on a combat mission to carry out repair work on weapons and equipment damaged during hostilities. During the fight against the battery, the enemy damaged several artillery mounts. As part of the field repair group, Corporal Shakulo advanced towards the area of u200bu200bartillery positions of the Russian troops. During repair work, the artillery position came under fire from the enemy, as a result of which Pavel received a shell volley. Despite this, Corporal Pavel Shakulo continued with the task entrusted to him. He personally made a successful repair of four self-propelled artillery mounts “Hyacinth-S”. Thanks to the courage and dedication of the military, the continuous work of the artillery unit was ensured, carrying out combat missions as part of the group.
DESTROYED A MORTAR BATTERY
Major Timur Kuliev
“Major Timur Kuliyev’s unit has repeatedly carried out combat missions to inflict fire damage on accumulations of enemy manpower and equipment, as well as storage sites for enemy equipment and ammunition. In the course of reconnaissance, an accumulation of weapons and military equipment of the enemy was discovered, preparing to advance in the direction of the defensive positions of the Russian troops. Major Kuliev immediately handed over the coordinates of the identified enemy to the crew of the gun for inflicting fire damage. Thanks to the timely transmission of coordinates to the firing position, an effective fire defeat was inflicted on the enemy forces. The enemy scattered. Continuing to identify the positions of the militants, Major Kuliev discovered a concentration of enemy personnel in one of the abandoned buildings, which was subsequently also hit by fire. As a result of the hit of an artillery shell, the enemy lost 9 mortars and a large number of manpower. In addition, 2 hangars with weapons and equipment were destroyed. Thanks to the competent actions of Major Timur Kuliev, as well as the clear leadership of his subordinate personnel, the enemy suffered heavy losses in manpower and equipment.
