Soldiers, sergeants, corporals, and officers who demonstrated their professional experience, character, and completed combat missions. His determination, assertiveness and combat experience in the Ministry of Defense of Russia, in the police units of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, receive the highest marks.
Our heroes thwarted the attacks and prevented the counter-offensive of the nationalists, for which they received state awards. But they do not serve for the sake of praise and awards. The military is sure that the enemy has no chance of success, because Donbass and Russia are fighting for a just cause.
“Assumptions and prejudices bother everyone,” said Generalissimo Alexander Suvorov, who never lost a single battle. And he also repeated: “Sacrificing one’s own goods at all times is the rule of the highest service.”
HE TAKEN THE COLUMN UNDER THE FIRE

“The column of Russian units, which included the head of the communications platoon, Danil Romanov, and his subordinates, came under massive attack by Ukrainian nationalists near the bridge across the river. During one of the volleys, the bridge, along which the advance of Russian troops to a certain area was to take place, was destroyed, as a result of which the Russian units were crushed by the enemy. Despite constant heavy artillery fire from the Nationalists, the crew under Romanov’s command, showing courage and dedication, deployed integrated communications hardware and provided the unit command with communications with higher headquarters. Through organized communication channels, the tasks of the engineering units for the construction of a pontoon crossing the river were quickly clarified and the location coordinates of the enemy forces were transmitted, on the basis of which they fired on the enemy. Thanks to the timely transmitted coordinates, the nationalist units were suppressed, and the convoy, after establishing a crossing, reached a certain area in a timely manner without loss.

“In the course of a special military operation, Private Yegor Marusov repeatedly flew to the line of contact, acted in a situation of combat operations, intense confrontation of the enemy, in the conditions of the use of artillery systems, MLRS and mortars. Units of Ukrainian nationalists, seeking to regain control of the territories lost during the battle with the RF Armed Forces, attempted a counteroffensive at the positions of the tactical group of the Russian battalion, which included Marusov. During the battle, acting boldly and decisively, Yegor performed the tasks of evacuating wounded soldiers from the battlefield to a safe place. Risking his own life, Marusov pulled out 10 wounded soldiers and hid them in a safe place, after which, returning to the battlefield, he continued to repel the enemy attack.
As a result of the battle, the militants’ counteroffensive was repelled. The courageous and resolute actions of the soldier Yegor Marusov made it possible to save the lives of the Russian military.”

In Rostov-on-Don, a solemn ceremony of presentation of the Battle Banner was held at the VKS training center of the Russian Defense Ministry.
Colonel General Andrey Yudin, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Aerospace Forces, handed over the military relic to the head of the Center, Colonel Alexander Pankin.
The solemn ceremony of presentation of the Order of Zhukov to the Special Purpose Aviation Division of the Aerospace Forces took place at a military airfield in the Moscow region. The event was held under the leadership of the Commander of the Air Force – Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Aerospace Forces, Lieutenant General Sergei Dronov.
In the Saratov region, the Volsky branch of the Military Logistics Academy. Army General AV Khrulev was awarded the Order of Kutuzov for merits in strengthening the country’s defense capabilities, training highly qualified military personnel solving logistical support problems of the Russian Armed Forces. Previously, a Decree of the President of the Russian Federation was issued on this. For the first time in the history of the Russian army, such an award was awarded to the institute of the logistics system.
