We continue to acquaint you with the heroes of the special operation “Z” – participants in the hostilities in the Donbass. Soldiers, sergeants, corporals, and officers who demonstrated their professional experience, character, and completed combat missions. His determination, assertiveness and combat experience in the Ministry of Defense of Russia, in the police units of the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, receive the highest marks.
Our heroes thwarted the attacks and prevented the counter-offensive of the nationalists, for which they received state awards. But they do not serve for the sake of praise and awards. The military is sure that the enemy has no chance of success, because Donbass and Russia are fighting for a just cause.
“Don’t be afraid of death, then you will probably win. Two deaths cannot happen, but one cannot be avoided, ”Generalissimo Alexander Suvorov taught the soldiers. And about military operations, the Russian commander said this: “Happiness reigns, Caesar’s speed, who was so good at surprising enemies even during the day.”

“The battalion tactical group column, which included Warrant Officer Alexander Vozhdai, was marching towards the area of active combat operations. The enemy, seeking to disrupt the offensive of the Russian troops, attacked the column, actively using multiple rocket launch systems and cannon artillery. As a result of the enemy shelling, part of the communications equipment was damaged. Realizing that the loss of communication with higher headquarters and within the column would deprive the command of the ability to quickly coordinate the actions of the forces to repel the attack, Alexander immediately began to repair the damage. Showing courage and selflessness, the Leader quickly restored the connection, after which he began to repel the attack of the militants. The courageous and selfless actions of the ensign leader on the battlefield made it possible to maintain a stable command and control of the personnel, as a result of which the column, having repulsed the enemy attack, went on the counteroffensive and destroyed the attacking nationalists.

“The assault group under the command of Senior Sergeant Alexander Gimranov carried out the task of searching and destroying nationalist reconnaissance and sabotage groups operating in the liberated territories. At night, moving around the area, Gimranov found a well-camouflaged enemy stronghold in the forest belt adjacent to the settlement. Having assessed the situation, despite the numerical superiority of the enemy, Gimranov decided to attack the enemy positions. Properly distributing the targets, at first Alexander personally destroyed three nationalists guarding the fortress with fire from standard weapons, after which Russian military personnel opened fire on the positions of the militants. Despite the fierce resistance of the Ukrainian nationalists, thanks to the decisive actions of our servicemen who were part of the assault group, the skillful fire control of the guard group by Senior Sergeant Gimranov, the fortress was taken without loss of our part.
