The meteorologist recalled that last September did not please Muscovites with warmth. After a rather hot summer, the temperature dropped sharply with the onset of natural autumn, and September turned out to be two degrees cooler than usual. Also, it rained a lot.
With the beginning of autumn this year, the heat will subside in the south. So, starting from the Chernozem region (Voronezh region) and the Volga region and ending with the Krasnodar Territory and the North Caucasus, the temperature will be below normal.
“Usually in September, the temperature in the southern regions fluctuates on average in the range of plus 22 to 27 degrees. This year it is expected to be one to two degrees colder,” the meteorologist said.
During cold snaps at night the temperature will drop to 7-12 degrees, and during the day it will not exceed 20 degrees. In turn, no special rains are forecast in the south.
But in the Volga region, from Tatarstan to Samara and Saratov, a rainy September is forecast.
A colder than normal September is forecast in Western and Eastern Siberia, the Irkutsk region, in Buryatia. During the day, a maximum of 13-16 heat. Night frosts down to minus 6 degrees are possible.
A dry September is expected in the Khabarovsk Territory and the Amur Region. And this is a kind of compensation for a very “wet” summer.
