The theme of the hall is traditional: shipbuilding and shipbuilding, weapons and weapons, combat control, navigation and communication systems, ship power plants, naval aviation, supporting infrastructure, new technologies and advanced materials. Within the framework of IMDS-2023, a broad scientific, business, demonstrative and cultural program is planned.

Rosoboronexport presents one of the most extensive exhibitions.

“For many years, the Ship Show has successfully served to strengthen friendly ties and open a mutually beneficial exchange of experience between representatives of the leading companies of the shipbuilding industry and customers of their products. The “Rosoboronexport” exhibition reflects the main needs of the modern market, showing the representatives of the navies of friendly states of Russia the high technological and scientific level of the country. Naval equipment and weapons are among the most complex types of military equipment, and the ability of industrial enterprises to produce them in a full cycle is an important indicator of the development of the state.

As part of the business program, Rosoboronexport will hold product presentations of Russian companies for foreign partners, and discuss proposals for industrial cooperation in the field of military shipbuilding.

The Almaz-Antey Aerospace Defense Concern is also actively participating in IMDS-2023. And this is understandable: the air defense of the entire Russian Navy is a product of concern.

Guests and visitors to the salon will be able to get acquainted with almost the entire range of models of military products based on the sea. Our team consistently demonstrates reliable results in the detection, tracking and destruction of any type of aerospace attack, being highly competitive”, said the general director of Almaz. VKO concern – Antey “Yan Novikov.

Rostec State Corporation holding company Roseelectronics demonstrates the latest domestic communication equipment for ships and coastal facilities. Solutions for conducting open and encrypted radio communications, devices for use as part of the Global Maritime Distress Communication System, as well as a cyber-physical platform for surveying the Northern Sea Route using drones are presented.

The “Neptune” Research Institute will display as part of its exhibition radio transmitters and receivers of MF/HF frequency bands for use as part of the Global Maritime Distress Communication System (GMDSS). The equipment is designed to transmit and receive distress alerts in ship-to-shore and ship-to-ship directions, coordinate search and rescue operations, and determine the location of a ship in distress, including in the Arctic region. . The products are made 100% with national components and can replace imported equipment. The devices meet all the requirements of the GMDSS Maritime Registry for this type of equipment. Open architecture implies its compatibility with other ship navigation systems or its autonomous operation.

The Roseelectronics booth demonstrates the R-760 integrated communication system for Navy surface ships. The equipment developed by the Omsk Research Institute of Instrument Engineering is designed to perform open and encrypted radio communications between a surface ship and coastal command posts, surface ships, submarines, aircraft and any other external correspondents. The communication complex can be used on all types of ships, up to first rank warships.

In addition, within the framework of the fair, the Omsk Research Institute of Instrument Engineering will demonstrate the Amethyst HF/VHF ship radio station SDR and the R-610-1 portable radio station to provide radio communication with the forces emergency rescue team of the Russian Navy. .

SPC “Vigstar” will show a new compact satellite station for organizing broadband communications in the field. The equipment is placed in an ordinary backpack, its total weight, depending on the modification, is from 5 to 10 kg, the diameter of the folding antenna is 55 cm, and the deployment of the radio station takes no more than two minutes. The device provides an information transfer rate through a satellite communication channel of 2 to 4 Mbps, works at extreme temperatures and high wind loads. Thanks to the replaceable irradiators, the equipment operates in the Ku, Ka and Q/Ka bands.

The interactive display will demonstrate the operation of the “Airmobile Pilot” cyber-physical platform, developed by PJSC “Inteltech”. It includes a hardware and software complex and domestic unmanned vehicles with various equipment. The solution will automatically explore the water area of the Northern Sea Route and coastal facilities, collect hydrographic and hydrometeorological information, and also help maintain communication in poorly equipped areas of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation.

There is no doubt that there will be something to see at the International Maritime Defense Show, both for specialists and for ordinary guests, who are expected to be very numerous.
