The case was initiated on the basis of a crime under paragraph “c” of Part 2 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (a terrorist act resulting in significant material damage).
A series of investigative actions were organised at the scene of the incident to establish all the circumstances, causes and conditions of what happened. Operational search activities are being carried out to identify those involved.
