The Italian restaurant Seven, located in the very center of Moscow, on Dmitrovsky lane, has opened its doors to guests. The new bright and stylish interior design will allow you to spend time in an atmosphere of coziness and comfort.
The Italian chef from Lombardy, Manuele Antonio Croce, is now in charge of the kitchen. He was born in Milan. He worked at the Noble restaurant. After moving to Moscow, he collaborated for a long time with Nino Graziano. In 2017, the chef returned to Rome, where he was chef at the Osteria Siciliana restaurant.
“I was inspired by my family’s recipes. Since I was a child, I have watched my mother cook and helped her in the kitchen. From there my great love for Italian cuisine was born. I have always liked cooking risotto and pasta. I also want to bring modern culinary techniques to the traditional cuisine of Italy so that our dishes, despite their traditional character, remain relevant and interesting even for the most sophisticated guests”, said Manuele Antonio Croce.
Thanks to the chef, the restaurant shone with new colors. Beef tartare with potatoes, broccoli hummus with crab, oxtail soup, scallop risotto with Jerusalem artichoke and bergamot, spaghetti with asparagus, vongole and lime, Turbot with fennel and saffron, veal rib with caponata and appeared ravioli on the menu Parmigiana with stracciatella and ricotta caccio cheese.
