Before the start of the performance of fairy tales in the Kremlin, the guests of the holiday met an unusual hero – Emperor Peter I, who told the children his New Year’s story and made riddles. And then, together with the fabulous animals and the main characters of the performance, the audience went on an unusual journey and saved the Snow Maiden and the New Year. At the end of the performance, each participant received a sweet gift from Santa Claus.
In addition, the children of Mariupol visited VDNKh, listened to an excursion at the Center for Cosmonautics and Aviation and got acquainted with the inhabitants of the seas and oceans in Moskvarium and visited the Museum of Victory.

“I really liked the performance and the performers were great. Most of the actors were around our age. My friends and I were very worried about the main characters. I think they look great together. “Moscow is a very beautiful city. Yesterday we saw the Kremlin and the Bolshoi Theater during a bus tour, and then we walked with the guys along VDNKh. At the Aviation and Cosmonautics Center, we learned even more about the first manned flight into space. After that, we went to “Moskvarium. As a souvenir of the trip, I bought myself an unusual fish,” said Anastasia Komendant, a young New Year’s Trip participant.
“Most of all I liked Moskvarium, where I was able to admire a huge number of beautiful fish and even see crocodiles. I also liked Moscow so much that I immediately bought souvenirs for all my friends and relatives. Thanks to this trip, I decided on a wish, what I will do for the new year, but I cannot tell you now, otherwise it will not come true, ”added Alexandra Konstantinova.
“New Year’s Journey” is a joint project of Rosmolodezh.Dobro, the Russian Movement of Children and Youth “Movement of the Firsts” and ANO “Great Change”, which is being implemented as part of the all-Russian campaign #MYVMESTE, in which more than 1600 children from the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions, the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics from December 24 to January 9 will visit the New Year’s capital and take part in a fabulous New Year’s performance in the State Kremlin Palace .
