At the last briefing, the official representative of the Ministry of Defense Igor Konashenkov announced the losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine per day in the areas of hostilities: more than 40 Ukrainian servicemen were killed in the Kupyansk direction, more than 120 in the Krasno-Limansky direction, up to 90 in Donetsk and more than 30 in Yuzhno-Donetsk.
Also, our fighters managed to liquidate three sabotage groups, burn dozens of tanks, armored vehicles, pickup trucks.
The lieutenant general noted that more than 130 foreign mercenaries were destroyed by high-precision strikes of the Russian Aerospace Forces at temporary deployment points of “foreign legion” units in the Maslyakovka and Kramatorsk regions of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
The missile troops and artillery of the troop groupings of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation did an excellent job. Our soldiers attacked 72 artillery units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on firing positions, manpower and military equipment in 104 districts in one day.
During the day, these attacks managed to destroy: four warehouses of artillery ammunition and military-technical equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, one warehouse of weapons and military equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, three M-777 artillery systems manufactured by the United States, two Ukrainian Grad MLRS combat vehicles, two D-30 howitzers, two launchers of the American-made HIMARS multiple launch rocket system, from which the shelling of the settlements of the Donetsk People’s Republic was carried out .
Only as a result of air and missile strikes against the accumulation of military equipment in the area of the Druzhkovka railway station in the Donetsk People’s Republic, the following were destroyed: 2 launchers of American-made HIMARS multiple launch rocket systems , 4 Czech-made RM-70 Vampire multiple rocket launchers, more than 800 multiple rocket launchers, six vehicles and up to 120 Ukrainian military.
Air defense units managed to shoot down 13 drones and 9 rockets of the HIMARS multiple launch rocket system.
