The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation showed how artillery destroys a pontoon ferry with equipment from the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Artillery destroyed a unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in an infantry fighting vehicle, which tried to cross the pontoon across the Seversky Donets River. The images of the destruction of the crossing were shown by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

The drone crew of a motorized rifle unit of the RF Armed Forces noticed an attempt to cross the river by the Ukrainian army. The Russian army corrected the artillery fire at the junction and the armored vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which were hiding in the forest.

The gunners with their fire completely destroyed the pontoon ferry, after which it sank. The enemy armored vehicles that managed to cross during the battle were destroyed by artillery fire and the crews of the infantry fighting vehicles that entered the battle. Part of the Ukrainian armored vehicles was captured.

In addition, Ukrainian armored vehicles and pontoon bridge unit equipment were destroyed on the opposite bank during an attempted withdrawal.
