This follows from the draft resolution of the government of the Russian Federation “On the procedure for implementing measures to create a state information system to control the circulation of weapons and manage security services.”
The customer of the work on the creation, development and commissioning of the control and management system, as well as the functional customer and operator of the specified system – the Federal Service of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation (Rosguard).
It is planned to implement the information system on the unified digital platform of the Russian Federation “GosTech”. According to the document, in order to create a control and management system, as well as to comply with the requirements for the protection of information contained in the state information system, when creating a GIS, only Russian technological solutions should be used.
The Gostech platform is a set of end-to-end technology solutions deployed on cloud infrastructure. The platform is intended for the creation, development and operation of application software in the organization of the productive and technological process for the development and maintenance of state information systems and their components.
