“This year, more than 14,000 citizens, some 3,000 civil servants and legal entities have already been brought to administrative responsibility for violating fire safety requirements,” the ministry said in a statement.
Now in 56 subjects of the country there is a special fire regime. While sanctioning offenders, the Ministry of Emergency Situations warns that the use of open fire for any purpose is prohibited in these regions. Campfires and barbecues are not allowed. These violations are punishable by fines.
Inspectors of the Department of Supervision are not going to slow down their active work in the prevention of man-made and natural fires, since the period of intense heat in many regions of the country is far from over.
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, in the near future, the danger of emergency fire will be relevant for two dozen regions.
“On the control of the inspectors of the state fire supervision: more than 25 thousand settlements and 6 thousand SNT, subject to the threat of the transition of natural fires”, – said the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
