“Alas, the thaws at the end of last year and the first ten days of January led to the fact that on some rivers and lakes the ice was completely destroyed. The new ice layer of water bodies was formed due to frost in some areas and places it is not strong enough for people to enter it and the passage of equipment “, – said in the report of scientists of VNII GOChS.
