His determination, assertiveness and combat experience in the Ministry of Defense of Russia, in the police units of the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, receive the highest marks.
Our heroes thwarted the attacks and prevented the counter-offensive of the nationalists, for which they received state awards. But they do not serve for the sake of praise and awards. The military is sure that the enemy has no chance of success, because Donbass and Russia are fighting for a just cause.

“The commander of the flamethrower platoon of the Guards RCB protection company, Private Dmitry Karablin, while on combat duty, carried out a combat mission to protect weapons and military equipment in the position of his unit. While patrolling the area, Karablin noticed a suspicious car without registration numbers or insignia, moving in the direction of the Russian troop positions. Four people dressed as Russian servicemen got out of the car and began to guard the surroundings. Having checked with the high command about the presence of Russian military personnel in the area at this time, the soldier on duty Dmitry Karablin received an order to detain unidentified persons. Covertly approaching a group of military personnel and choosing a convenient position to observe and shoot, Karablin and his comrades detained suspected individuals, forcing them to drop their weapons, lie on the ground, and put their hands behind their heads. The soldier on duty Dmitry Karablin reported by radio to the unit commander about the detention of the saboteurs, and then held them until the arrival of the reinforcement group.
