Biryukov reminded that special attention is paid to the maintenance of bridge structures. All facilities undergo regular inspections, if necessary, a decision is made on the implementation of major or current repairs. “This year we will update the Lizinsky flyover, located in the Yuzhnoportovy district, the repair will be completed in the fourth quarter,” said the deputy mayor.
Traffic will not be completely closed during the work, a staggered overlap of lanes is expected. As part of the project, the deck of the roadway bridge and sidewalks will be restored, the waterproofing, expansion joints and railings will be replaced, and the reinforced concrete slab and metal beams of the superstructure will be repaired. Ruts will be removed from the road surface.
