Most of the regional highways will become modern and safe
In 2024, at least 85% of the roads in the agglomerations, as well as more than half of the roads of regional and municipal importance, must be in standard conditions, that is, they must become modern and safe.
Houses, factories and social facilities will have heating and water.
In every city and village, apartments and houses of citizens, industrial and social facilities must be provided with reliable heating and water, Putin stressed. To this end, in 2023 a broad program of construction and repair of housing and communal services is launched.
25 new university campuses will appear in Russia
In ten years, 25 new university campuses must be created. “More than one million square meters of buildings and laboratories will be built, where more than 25 thousand students and young scientists will study and develop creativity. These campuses must become points of attraction for talented children from all over the country, as well as centers for the development of science and the economy of the regions where these educational institutions are located,” said the president.
