Even with the choice of what kind of modernization with the introduction of all new protection, aiming and firing systems, this increased the cost of the tank by a maximum of $ 2 million. And then suddenly, instead of 6 million, almost 13 million.

If they continued to teach normal mathematics and arithmetic in Ukraine, such a contract could raise a lot of questions among the population. But for those who do not know the multiplication tables, everything is the best possible. The Americans really know what they are doing in their colonies.
