On September 26, the renovated L’Espadon restaurant will open in the famous French hotel Ritz Paris. For the first time in the history of the establishment, the kitchen of one of the hotel’s restaurants will be led by a chef, Eugenie Beziat.
The chef will present the heritage of two continents at once. His signature cooking style with original flavor combinations is nostalgic for his youth in Africa. Eugenie Beziat’s dishes will be complemented by desserts from the pastry chef of the Ritz Paris Hotel and winner of the title of “Best Pastry Chef in the World”, Francois Perret. The food is prepared in front of the guests; Through the kitchen’s panoramic window you can observe the work of a team of ten chefs.
The restaurant room is designed for 30 tables and its continuation will be a large terrace of 200 square meters overlooking the Grand Jardin garden in the very center of Paris.
