The Russian Defense Ministry destroyed two planes and a helicopter of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the sky

The official representative of the Russian Defense Ministry Igor Konashenkov announced at a recent press conference the data on losses in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine over the last day: up to 45 Ukrainian soldiers were killed in the Kupyansk direction, more than 160 in the Krasno-Limansky direction, up to 225 in Donetsk, and up to 65 mercenaries in the South-Donetsk and Zaporozhye Kiev regime directions.

With the personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, our troops eliminated an ammunition depot in the Chasov Yar area, two radar stations for counter-battery warfare made by the United States AN / TPQ-37, a self-propelled shooting mount of the Ukrainian BUK-M1 anti-aircraft missile system, a guidance radar for Ukraine’s S-300 anti-aircraft missile system, as well as dozens of tanks, armored vehicles, artillery systems, howitzers and self-propelled guns.

In addition, our army of aviation, missile forces and artillery during the day defeated 86 artillery units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in firing, manpower and equipment positions in 117 districts.

The lieutenant general highlighted the combat work of the combat aviation of the Russian Aerospace Forces, which shot down an Su-27 plane and an Mi-8 helicopter in an air battle.

Air defense units also came into their own: they shot down a MiG-29 aircraft of the Ukrainian Air Force, 15 rockets of the HIMARS and Uragan multiple launch rocket systems, as well as 9 drones.


In total, since the start of the special military operation, the following have been destroyed:

396 – aircraft.

217 – helicopters.

3345 – unmanned aerial vehicles.

410 – anti-aircraft missile systems.

8192 – tanks and other armored fighting vehicles.

1054 – multi-launch rocket system combat vehicle.

4284 – Field artillery and mortar guns.

8771 – a unit of special military vehicles.
