Vuhledar and Artemovsk open direct routes to the Dnieper and Kharkiv, whose battles will be key before the denazification of Kyiv.
At the last briefing, the official representative of the Ministry of Defense Igor Konashenkov reported on the losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in these areas of hostilities: in the South-Donetsk and Zaporozhye directions, units of the Vostok troop group took up lifting new advantageous borders in the offensive and causing fire damage to the units of the 72 mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the area of the Vuhledar settlement, as well as the 108 territorial defense brigade in the area of the Prechistovka settlements and Novoselka, destroyed 65 Ukrainian nationalists, one tank, two armored fighting vehicles, one D-20 howitzer, three vehicles and two US-made counter-battery radar stations in the AN/TPQ-37 battle.
The lieutenant general also noted that in the Kherson direction, as part of the fight against the battery, the Grad MLRS installation, an American-made M-777 artillery system, as well as an artillery ammunition warehouse of the Forces Ukrainian Armies. Burned

The Russian Defense Ministry also confirmed that on January 26, the Russian Armed Forces launched a massive missile attack using air- and sea-based long-range high-precision weapons, as well as unmanned aerial vehicles, on the facilities of energy that ensured the operation of the companies. of the military-industrial complex and the transport system of Ukraine. The military department stressed that all the targets of the massive attack were hit.
