As a result, judge Olga Bagrova sentenced 76-year-old Mikhail Tsivin and 53-year-old notary Dmitry Bubliy to five years in prison in a penal colony. Tsivin’s wife, 74-year-old actress Natalya Drozhzhina, received 4 years of probation.
Upon learning that Drozhzhina received a suspended sentence, Maria Batalova, who suffered because of her, burst into tears in the courtroom. Not out of pity. The sentence against Drozhzhina seemed to him too lenient. The 74-year-old actress is on the run. And according to Mary, he represents a danger to her.

Maria made a comment (through her representatives, she is unable to speak due to cerebral palsy). She is pleased with the guilty verdict, pleased that her attackers have been found guilty (this story has gone on for almost three years). But in relation to the old and not very healthy Drozhzhina, the court made, in her opinion, a light decision.
Maria would like Drozhzhina to also receive a royal sentence. Through her lawyers, she will appeal the verdict.
It seems strange to think that an older and not very healthy actress could be dangerous. But Natalya Georgievna throughout this criminal saga behaved very confidently, if not arrogantly. Even when she was exposed to a royal term for fraud with Maria Batalova’s apartments, she continued to take money from tenants for them, confident in her own impunity. She assigned 480 thousand, already when the departments were not even formally hers.
“Masha is afraid that Drozhzhina may take revenge on her when she is free,” explained Alexei Batalov’s widow, Gitana Arkadyevna Leontenko. We are afraid of him. Even in the dock, Drozhzhina continued to collect rent for the apartments that were stolen from us. She is not afraid of anything. In court, she lied and was not ashamed. She should be scared…
Now the Batalovs are receiving apartment rent. But neither Drozhzhina nor Tsivin returned the money that was withdrawn from their accounts. And this is about 28 million rubles. It is unknown where this money went. The bailiffs can’t find them.
Therefore, most likely, Tsivin’s real estate will come out of the auction to pay off the multimillion-dollar debt. Two of his one-bedroom apartments on Kutuzovsky Prospekt and Maslovka will probably be sold. The apartments have already been seized.
