Singer SHAMAN on tour in Russia has released a new touching video for the song “Confession”. In it, he shows how external changes in a person’s soul can be followed by spiritual changes.
Similar to the “My Crows” clip, the new video has a deep metaphorical meaning. According to the plot, the lyrical hero makes his way through thorns and hardships and, leaving almost all his strength behind, reaches a temple in the Russian outback. Where he symbolically accepts “monastic vows”, dedicating his life to God. SHAMAN himself is literally on the set of this video and said goodbye to the dreadlocks that made him famous, literally showing how he renounces his sinful life and asks the Creator for forgiveness.
“I frankly sing about what is in my soul,” the singer admits. “I share my experiences and, turning to the Almighty, I ask you to give me the strength to carry my cross and not fall.
The new hairstyle also symbolizes a new stage in the artist’s work. She continues to perform, she is preparing a new album and will soon present a new concert program (Moscow-March 9 and 13, St. Petersburg-March 2 and 3).
The clip was filmed by more than 30 specialists, in a couple of hours it received more than 50,000 views and less than 5,000 comments.
